Zhou Min

Office and Climate Manager, China Representative Office Chongqing

Zhou Min serves as Office and Climate Manager in Pacific Environment’s Chongqing, China Representative Office, supporting government relations, communications, and programs, and leading our climate work. Zhou Min has been active in environmental work in China as a volunteer since 2001, including founding the Green Student Environmental Action Network and working with WWF on wetlands protection. Zhou Min has a professional background in the textile industry. He has also worked for Shell Oil China for over 10 years as an external relations manager, where he was responsible for government affairs, stakeholder engagement, and social investment/social responsibility activities. He graduated from Huazhong Agricultural University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Business English and Communications.
