Ted Zhang serves as Pacific Environment’s Climate Analyst (China Program). Ted brings years of experience in energy issues and market research to our zero-emissions shipping work in China. Previously, Ted worked for a water utility, and in the Renewables & Environmental sectors including for Environmental Defense Fund and the Northeast Clean Energy Council. Ted holds an MBA & M.S. in Digital Innovation from Boston University and an M.S. & B.S. in Thermal Power Engineering from University of Science and Technology Beijing. He is based in Chongqing, China.
