Peter Bayuk serves as Pacific Environment’s Senior Operations Manager. Previously, he spent two years as the operations manager at Rapid, a tech start-up where he helped to build out the talent acquisition team, and aided the global growth of the company from 75 to 200 personnel. Beforehand, he served for over eight years as the people and workplace operations manager at Shift Communications, a data-driven public relations and marketing agency, where he supported the human resources, IT, finance functions, and internal communications across the company, as well as managed onboarding and off-boarding processes. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and film studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Peter is based in San Francisco, California.
