Haimei Jin
Haimei serves as our Program Coordinator, Plastics in our Chongqing, China Representative Office. She facilitates capacity building on plastics issues, and communications and strategy coordination on solutions to plastic pollution such as reuse.
Previously, Haimei served as a Senior Project Specialist at one of China’s largest environmental organizations and charitable foundations, the Society for Ecology and Entrepreneurship (SEE), at their Yangtze Center leading their Zero-Carbon Yangtze River Project. She also worked for World Resources Institute and held an internship at the United Nations Office at Vienna’s Learning and Organizational Development Unit.
Haimei holds a M.S. degree in Public Administration from University of Maryland, College Park, and another M.S. degree in International Business English from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
