Pacific Environment - Protecting the Living Environment of the Pacific Rim

Hai Nguyen serves as Senior Marine Protected Areas Campaigner for Vietnam. Hai brings expertise in fisheries, aquaculture, and marine protected area (MPA) creation and management to Pacific Environment’s team. In his work with the Institute of Fisheries Economics and Planning, Hai’s research contributed to the creation of two of Vietnam’s 12 MPAs. In addition to thematic expertise, Hai brings a pan-Asian perspective to the work, having pursued his doctoral and post-doctoral research in China and India. He is based in Hanoi.
