Grace Healy

Head of Programs (she/her/hers)

Grace Healy serves as Pacific Environment’s Head of Programs. In this role, she oversees the organization’s four core programs — Arctic, climate, marine and plastics — supporting strategy development and ensuring impact. She also manages coordination between Pacific Environment’s programs and other departments for effective collaboration.

Previously, she was a senior leader within Pacific Environment’s Climate Campaign, where she helped lead campaigns and managed workforce development, finances and operations. Prior to joining Pacific Environment, Grace worked as a program manager of strategic planning with New York City’s Division of Energy Management, where she oversaw programs focused on growing and supporting the City’s energy-focused workforce. There, she managed an annual program budget of $11 million, supporting more than 100 personnel.

Earlier in her career, Grace spent three years with The Trust for Public Land as an institutional giving manager, cultivating critical support for the organization’s work in New York and across the country.

Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Brown University and a master’s degree in environmental history from Fordham University. She works in Pacific Environment’s San Francisco office.
