Abigail Goh

Singapore Climate Specialist (She/Her/Hers)

Abigail Goh brings more than 5 years of government relations and policy experience to her role as Pacific Environment’s Singapore Climate Specialist. Prior to joining Pacific Environment, Abigail worked within Trust & Safety at Twitter, developing advertising policies in line with local laws and cultural norms, and partnering with business stakeholders to support healthy monetization in major APAC and global markets.

Before that, she was a government affairs consultant with Vriens & Partners, where she advised multinational corporations on public policy, regulatory analysis, government engagement, and advocacy strategies in Singapore and Southeast Asia. She also served as Secretariat for the Europe-ASEAN Business Alliance, facilitating connections between European business executives and ASEAN governments.

Abigail holds a bachelor’s degree in political science & gender studies from the National University of Singapore and is an alumnus of the University Scholars Programme (USP). She is based in Singapore.
