Your privacy matters

Pacific Environment will not share or sell a donor’s personal information or send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations.

Use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of Pacific Environment and only to further the mission of Pacific Environment.

Pacific Environment collects and maintains the following information:

  • Contact information: Name, organization/company, complete address, phone number and email address
  • Donation information: Amounts donated, date of donation(s), method and stimulus

Pacific Environment uses a secure third party vendor, Bonterra EveryAction, to collect and store personal information and to process online donations, to manage online petitions, and to send email updates. All personal information is stored on a secure server with password protection.

Use of information

We use your data to maintain records of donations, send acknowledgements, mail year-end tax statements for recurring donations, send direct mail pieces, as well as appeals, program updates, and action alerts via email.

We normally add you to our mailing list, unless you request otherwise.
