Hannah Nguyen

​Director of Strategic Partnerships, Climate, Asia Region

Hannah Nguyen serves as Pacific Environment’s Director of Strategic Partnerships, Climate, Asia Region, where she leads the development of strategic partnerships and collaborations to accelerate solutions for ports and shipping across Asia. Hannah brings more than 17 years of experience spanning the public, private and nonprofit sectors, with expertise in trade, policy, ecosystem development and systems change. Her work focuses on building coalitions and aligning diverse stakeholders to advance scalable, market-driven solutions to complex environmental and economic challenges.

Before joining Pacific Environment, Hannah served as director of digital ecosystems at the ICC Digital Standards Initiative, where she led stakeholder engagement across 70+ economies, mobilizing industry, governments and multilateral actors around shared frameworks to accelerate the pace and scale of supply chain digitalization. She also co-authored with the World Trade Organization its first standards toolkit for cross-border paperless trade, helping companies and government agencies adopt readily available standards. Her earlier experience includes leading business development for a global logistics company, shaping policies and initiatives to strengthen Singapore’s position as a commodities trading hub, and conducting market intelligence to support growth and market-entry decisions across Asia Pacific.

Hannah holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the National University of Singapore and is a fellow at the Singapore Leaders Network. She is based in Singapore.
