Eileen Harris serves as Pacific Environment’s Senior Advancement Manager, Foundations. She works with the Climate and Arctic teams to manage a portfolio of foundation partners committed to protecting the environment and fighting climate change. She brings over a decade of nonprofit experience to the role. Previously, she worked for an environmental nonprofit as its first development staff member. She built the department from scratch and raised over $21 million during her tenure. Earlier in her career, Eileen worked in data collection at a nonprofit think tank where she supported three empirical studies focused on healthcare policy and welfare benefits. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and communication from UC Santa Barbara. In her free time, Eileen enjoys camping, hiking, running, biking and paddle boarding.
