Reema Bzeih serves as the State Climate Policy Manager for Pacific Environment, where she is supporting the adoption of strong policies and funding mechanisms that will drive shipping decarbonization in California and beyond. Reema brings a wealth of state climate policy knowledge and experience to Pacific Environment, serving prior as the associate director for state climate policy at the Center for American Progress, and as a policy and programs associate for the United States Climate Alliance. She holds a master’s degree in public policy and a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, both obtained from the University of California, Irvine.
