Dr. Liu worked at Oxfam for 17 years as the China Program Director, and he successfully registered four representative offices in mainland China for Oxfam, including a national office. Prior to Oxfam, he worked for four years for Green Peace China as Campaign Director and Executive Director. Currently he is a freelancer. Liu  Hungto received his PhD (Ecological Geography) at the University of Hong Kong.
