2025 Impact Report

Global action across the Pacific Rim for climate, oceans and communities

For more than 40 years, Pacific Environment has partnered with communities, scientists and policymakers to advance bold, locally led solutions to the climate crisis, plastic pollution, biodiversity loss and Arctic threats.

In 2025, that work translated into measurable global progress — from landmark policy wins in international shipping and plastics governance to expanded marine protections and community-led conservation across Southeast Asia.

As climate and environmental challenges intensify, our mission remains the same: connect local leadership with global policy change to build a healthier, more equitable future for people and the planet.
